About Harmonics Creative

The art of knowing

Harmonics Creative exists to support meaning-making, storytelling and creative work through reflection, observation and arts-based enquiry.

This studio is grounded in the belief that creativity is a way of knowing - one that invites attention, listening and seeing in different ways. Here, clarity and coherence are allowed to emerge gradually through curiosity, connection and calm.

The work is shaped by a commitment to harmony, humanity and compassionate care and by a desire to create spaces where ideas, images and stories can take shape with thoughtfulness, coherence and a sense of integration.

My Story

Harmonics Creative is the work of Dr Jackie Cesareo, a Clinical Psychologist and Creative Practitioner, with a longstanding interest in the ways people make meaning through image, story and form.

After many years working in clinical practice, Jackie’s work has gradually shifted towards arts-based, reflective practice - spaces that support listening, integration and creative enquiry, held in ways that are thoughtful, respectful and honour our shared humanity.

During the Covid years, Jackie transformed her private practice into a thriving online clinical practice. Through this period, she became deeply interested in human-centred design and went on to develop her skills in UX and website design. In her personal life, music, story and photography have often given voice to what cannot easily be expressed in words. Harmonics Creative reflects this long-held passion for creativity and the arts in the service of health, wellbeing and compassionate care.

Alongside her work, Jackie is a mother, musician, photographer and lover of thoughtful design and contemplation. Her approach is shaped by a belief in creativity as a way of knowing and by a desire to create spaces for growth that feel calm, coherent and alive - work that can be purposeful, meaningful and containing for others.

How This Work is Held

The work at Harmonics Creative sits outside therapy and coaching. It is not focused on diagnosis, treatment or problem-solving. Instead, it offers thoughtful spaces for making, reflection, attention and creative enquiry.

This is a practice shaped by listening rather than analysing, noticing rather than fixing, and allowing meaning to emerge in its own time. Whether through design, image, sound or creative process, the emphasis is on creating conditions where clarity and coherence can be discovered gradually, with care and consideration.

The pace is intentionally unhurried. Each offering is held with respect for the complexity of being human, and with a commitment to work that feels calm, meaningful and alive. This is not work about performance or outcomes, but about presence, process, integration and the quiet unfolding of understanding.
