The Studio Practices

Harmonics Creative is home to two studio practices: The Design Studio and The Creative Studio. Both are grounded in the same values - attention, coherence, and creativity as a way of knowing - while working in different mediums. One shapes digital spaces. The other offers reflective, arts-based practices. Together, they form a small, thoughtful studio practice focused on clarity, meaning and care.

    The Design Studio

    Thoughtful Websites for Wellbeing Practices

The Design Studio creates calm, coherent websites for therapists and practitioners who want their online presence to reflect the heart of their work. This is a collaborative, unhurried process focused on tone, structure and clarity - shaping digital spaces that feel human, welcoming and true to how you actually work. A website, like a room, holds a mood and a rhythm. Here, the aim is to create a digital space that supports trust, understanding and connection.

    Projects may include:

New websites for solo practitioners or small practices

    Thoughtful refreshes of existing sites

Integration of practical needs such as scheduling, payments, or resources

Guidance and handover so you can confidently edit and care for your site yourself.

All Design Studio work begins with a Scope & Needs Consultation, where we explore your work, your values and what kind of digital space will best support your practice.

  • The Creative Studio

    The Creative Studio

    Reflective, Arts-based Practices

The Creative Studio offers gentle, arts-based practices for reflection, connection and meaning-making. This work sits outside therapy and coaching, and is not focused on fixing, treating, or analysing. Instead, it creates spaces for listening, noticing and creative enquiry.

Working with image, sound, simple art-making and the creative process, these practices invite a slower, more attentive way of being with experience - allowing clarity and coherence to emerge in their own time. No artistic skill or background is needed. These practices are about attention and presence, not performance.

The Creative Studio includes a small family of practices:

The Collective - a multi-arts reflective practice offered both as one-to-one sessions and in small groups

Good Room Photography - image-based reflective practices, often using smartphones

Mother Song - sound based groups for mothers and children.
