Harmonics Creative, The Creative Studio and The Collective are not mental health services. We do not provide assessment, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not offer crisis support, urgent assistance, or risk assessment and management.
While emotions may be present and are held with care and respect within the creative process, this work is not focused on emotional or trauma processing. The emphasis is on reflection, creative enquiry, and meaning making, rather than therapeutic intervention.
This studio offers creative, reflective spaces rather than clinical care. If you are seeking therapy, mental health treatment, or support for acute distress, it’s important to connect with an appropriate health professional or support service.
